This is one of those magical dressings that goes with most everything!! I am a fan of creamy sauces and typically that comes from nuts. This is also oil-free! Tahini is ground up sesame seeds. It is important to give your body a break from eating nuts. You can create an allergy from eating a lot of the same nuts. I use this for salad dressings, drizzle over my rainbow bowls, over steamed veggies, over eggs, over fish, over my zucchini hummus avocado toast. This will last for a few weeks in the fridge in a mason jar. If it even lasts that long!
