Tonic wellness sodas
I have a lot of clients who come to me with sugar addictions. Soda is one of the top things they have been consuming. Soda is filled with sugar and chemicals and can really make you ill and always lethargic. Making your own healthy sodas is so easy and can be fun! I was inspired by making these from my trip to Hana. It's a remote part of Maui which has these little farm stands. One of them served healthy sodas. I drank them everyday I was there and decided I would re-create it at home. I hope you love them as much as I do!! You will be sure to have more energy after drinking them and no crash like sodas. There is very low sugar in these just the sugar from the green apple.

Instructions
  1. Juice the ginger, turmeric, celery, and green apples all separately. The lemon can be juiced by hand. Keep in glass jars such as a small mason jar.
  2. This part is going to be up to what you like. You can start with a 1/2 tablespoon of what you like. I love to add them all and use the green apple as bit of a sweetener. Green apples are low sugar. ( can add stevia to sweeten it more)
  3. Pour in your sparkling water mix and drink!!
  4. Keep the left over juices in jars. The juice will last for 3 days.
Recipe Notes

Next time you have friends over make a DIY tonic soda bar. It's a lot of fun and healthy!!

You could also make these with cocktails such as a turmeric ginger tequila drink. Have fun with it!!

If you need more sweetness add drops of stevia to it.

Eat happy. Live happy
