Ingredients
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 1/2 cups coconut milk, oat milk, cashew milk, almond milk or any non-dairy milk
- 1/2 teaspoon matcha powder Read label for how much to use. Make sure it's organic
- 1 tablespoon MCT oil or use unsalted ghee or coconut butter
- 1 scoop collagen I love Further Food. See note below
- 1 sprinkle cinnamon on top

Instructions
- Warm your liquid into a sauce pan. Use a matcha whisk and and add the rest of ingredients. Pull off stove right before it's boiling It's best to pour it all into a blender and blend it up! It comes out more creamy.
- Can add in adaptogens to make into a superfood matcha latte!
