Green algae & pear smoothie
My green algae pear smoothie is greener then all of my plants!! It's a great mid-morning snack low in sugar, high protein with lots of phytonutrients. This smoothie will remove toxins and alkalize your body.

  • 1 pear
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup Almond milk, coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon spirulina or blue green algae
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • sprinkle coconut flakes on top

Instructions
  1. Add all to a blender and blend it up!!!
Recipe Notes

Other nice additions to this smoothie could be ginger.

If you don't have any chlorella or spirulina. Replace with 2 handfuls of organic greens.
