Everyday ginger & turmeric wellness shot
Take a shot daily for inflammation or if you need a boost of energy. These shots will clear out your system and reboot it. Better then having a glass of coffee late in the day.

  • 2 cups Ginger root
  • 1 cup Turmeric root or 1 tablespoon of powder
  • 5-6 Lemons
  • 1 teaspoon of cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions
  1. Juice the Ginger and turmeric. I like to hand juice the lemons and the rest go into my juicer.
Recipe Notes

This is enough for 4 days its about ΒΌ cup per shot. Keep in a glass jar or a container that is tightly closed.
