- 2 cups Ginger root
- 1 cup Turmeric root or 1 tablespoon of powder
- 5-6 Lemons
- 1 teaspoon of cayenne
- 1 teaspoon of pepper

Instructions
- Juice the Ginger and turmeric. I like to hand juice the lemons and the rest go into my juicer.
Recipe Notes
This is enough for 4 days its about ΒΌ cup per shot. Keep in a glass jar or a container that is tightly closed.
