Instructions
  1. Put can of coconut cream into the fridge the day before making. It needs to be very firm. I keep several cans in my fridge at a time since you never know when you need an impromptu dessert.
  2. Scoop out hard part of cream. When you get to the liquid part stop. You do not want any of the liquid in your cream or it will make it watery.
  3. Put into a standing mixer or use a hand blender. I use my kitchen aid standing mixer. If you don’t have any of these use a blender. You may have to scrap the sides if you have just a blender. Stop in between blending and scrap off sides.
  4. As its blending add in – choice of sweetener and vanilla

Recipe Notes

Add berries on top of coconut cream. I like to use strawberries, blueberries, and rasberries and sprinkle with cinnamon and maca.  Coconut cream can be flavored in many ways.

Tip * Its helps with sugar addictions and transitioning into being sugar -free Ideas:

Cacao pudding- add cacao and if you want cacao mint add peppermint essential oil to it about 1-2 drops. Taste it for your perfect flavor.

Berry flavor- Add your favorite sugar free protein powder. I add a scoop of vega protein powder berry flavor. You can use any flavor or brand you like.
