This site reflects what I am most passionate about, health & wellness. I have put a lot of love and thought into my site, because I built it for you! It’s intended to be a place to come to find inspiration for your life, and in the kitchen. I work with women who are not feeling their best, and want to start living their most authentic life.
A Little About Me
I know what it’s like to change your life. It takes vulnerability and courage to walk towards a new direction. I had an 18-year career in fashion and I share a little about myself here and how I went from feeling ill to living A Whole & Happy Life.
On this site, you will find recipes that are all made with real whole foods that are mainly plant-based. My recipes are healing, gluten-free, sugar-free or unrefined sugar. Here, I will teach you how to take the basics such as cauliflower, zucchini, cabbage and turn it into a delicious meal.
Since I practice holistic health, I will share tips on how to live mindfully and find inspiration in your life. I’ll share my top tips on fashion, traveling and how to get amazing skin.
